94 Blazer transmission problem

My 94 blazer with a 4l60e trans down shifted into first gear during the last snow storm, pulled the trans out, had it rebuilt after we discovered a broken Sun shell.now the trans won't shift out of first on the test drive, the speedometer works, I have tested the speed buffer and I am getting a good ac signal in a good square wave out, even at the computer. I have checked continuity on all the circuits from the computer to the trans, even went as far as load testing the wires with a headlight. Any help would be greatly appreciated before I pull my hair out.

Also, reverse works. I can manually shift by powering the a,b solenoids by them selves
