Seat question

I have a 71 c10 and need to know if the 71 suburban and the 71 c10 bench seats are the same dimensions. I'm trying to get an off-white houndstooth seat upholstery but the only one I can find is for a suburban.

I put a pickup seat in my suburban so it should fit OK. The Burb seats have upholstery on the back because they are visable. There are two different seat styles, one is standard and one is full foam. I don't know if the covers are the same or not.
