The two notches in the grill were for the reinforcement rods for a Grille Guard. Nice truck but the exchange rate from Canadian to American is 48% for now so our dollar doesn't buy much. Bummer!

Dang... I think that'd be a better starting point than my '62 K10!
I noticed the notches in the grill and the holes along the top of the bumper too... If there's any chance you're tired of tripping over that grill guard, Murdoc, let me know. I need one. -Brad

Pretty cool truck there. Wonder why it was a Napco Conversion as opposed to a factory truck. Any ideas? Just curious.
