Front End Swap

Somewhere I read that the front clip off a 73-87 C10 will fit a 62. Im sure it was on this forum somewhere but for the life of me I cant find it. I even remember someone showing some pics of their install.

Can anyone tell me if Im remembering correctly or am I losing the plot again?

Re: Front End Swap

I used the complete cross member from an 88 Suburban on my 61 Apache c10. Suburbans were upgraded after pickups. It has larger rotors. CPP has 6 lug rotors for this setup.

I did this.. My front end came with sway bars... Definitely an improvement..
Mines a 63 tho and they're a little easier to do.
