69-70 grill

Selling a Never installed grill, Repro inner grill, original steel bezels, original outer brackets, original center bracket and original hood latch.

I bought the grill from another party earlier this year that "said" it was a NOS that he bought for his project truck about 9 years ago. He took it out of the box b/c it would not fit in his storage closet in the box. He also bought the repro inner to go with it. I have added everything in the picture for brackets and such. The turn signal lenses are DD at best. I am in process of sandblasting all the original brackets now and intend to paint them with single stage Urethane satin black. The only thing you would probably want is new lenses & hardware to assemble. I will include all the original hardware I have if wanted.

There are no damages to either grill that I can see other than 2 scratches on the top bar of the grill. I think they would polish out since they are not deep.

I went to Classic industries and Manes websites and it looks as if the aftermarket grills, inner & outer with all the brackets comes to just shy of $700, plus shipping. I am asking $550 plus shipping for everything. The last one I shipped out cost around $140 UPS ground and I have included a picture here of what the crate looked like.

Re: 69-70 grill

Jeremy,
I just sent shipping info to 70tweety and will wait to hear back from him 1st. If that does not pan out you are second in line and I am pretty sure we could work something out. I go to Newark and New Castle DE a couple times a month so maybe we could line something up then.

Jeremy,
1st poster passed. I will PM you the beginning of next week. Let me know if anything changes or you want to see more pictures of anything. I still have to finish blasting the center support and latch plus paint all the brackets so it would be several days minimum anyway.

Thanks
Richard

Richard,
Could you send a close up picture of the small scratches? Or any other damage to the grill? Thanks

Re: 69-70 grill

Sorry guys, with the bad weather we had over the last couple weeks I have been busy and actually forgot about this post. I took a couple pics of the two scratched areas on the outer grill. Neither one is deep and you almost cant feel them when you rub your finger over them.

Jeremy is still 1st up if still interested then 70c10 rook and 70c10resto is 3rd in line

Re: 69-70 grill

I will take it as long as we can meet up somewhere in the middle.
I was hoping nothing bad came out of that storm for either of us. Lol.
I am working the Atlantic City boat show this week so would it be ok to wait until next week to meet up? Thanks.
