Longhorn bed

Longhorn bed with tailgate and toolbox opening (door is missing ).

Bed is in okay shape, minimal rust, but it's definitely for a driver unless you have a lot of ambition!

$100 Local pickup

I can get some pictures later. I think they look pretty good if memory serves. The bed was wood, but the previous owner installed a plywood floor and then sprayed bedliner on it. It actually doesn't look bad. I was going to go back to wood if I kept it.

Sorry the bed is the only thing for sale. I do have the internals that were pulled. It's a HO52. I can look for the gear ratio, you could have it for free.

Re: Longhorn bed

I'd gladly pay shipping for the center chunk if a 4:10 or similar ratio. Mine is running a 5:13 and I can't go much over 50 mph.

I'll look later....... Appleton, Wisconsin? It's a heavy beast, don't know how much the shipping would be.

I took some pictures, there is some rust, and if it's supposed to turn freely....it ain't. The only numbers I can read are 3682104, GM 7-32, and 1.54.

And, not trying to be a Richard, but if I ship this you would need a wood crate, and a pickup from the carrier at my house.

Re: Longhorn bed

I've got a question on the message board asking what the numbers mean. I divide 32 by 7 and come up nwith 4:57, not sure if that's correct. If so, I'll pass on this one as I'm searching for a 4:11.

Re: Longhorn bed

Yep, it's a 4:57 ratio. I'll keep my eyes open for a 4:11 maybe a little closer to me. Thank you for taking the time with the pictures and part#.
