Covering door panels

So I have collected a handful of door panels for my truck. Each a little better than the other. I took the best set and planned to cover them with some sort of fabric and holy crap. Material is crazy expensive. Too expensive to take a chance on covering it and not being happy with the results. $20 would have been a reasonable gamble. Not $60 plus. Planning to go buy a new set of panels. Thinkin from Classic parts

Re: Covering door panels

Are they garbage? For example sun dried? If no, then dye them. If yes, buy new ( not sure where you wanna shop) or check a local junkyard

Re: Covering door panels

I just got a set from LMC and I'm very happy with them. The original set I painted/dyed. At the time it was the better option because it was a little easier on funds, since I was changing the color of the interior.

Re: Covering door panels

Now that funds have allowed the purchase of new liner, I got these from LMC

Re: Covering door panels

The original are trashed from the sun. The second set I just don't like. The third set is solid, but skittle damage and a crack. So I would have to cover. Or just buy new
