Suburban High Top
I have seen a few of the mid 80s suburban hightops around and just wandered if these were factory or were they converted by another company, was the purpose for just more headroom?

I've never seen one! You have any pics? My guess is that they were a conversion.

I know theres one in a feild about 40 miles north of me, next time I'm up that way I'll snap a pic of it.

I looked at one 2-3years ago in Ephrata Pa.It was made by centrurian.It had a tv and lights like a conversion van has in its'raised section.

I searched all over the web and only found one. It was an ambulance conversion, which makes sense.

I used to see them in Michigan around Detroit. Most that I saw were Starcraft conversions...
