I can't find the pics I took of the '72. I think they got deleted off the computer. Don't have any pics of the '73 or '75. Imagine an El Camino SS with GMC emblems, and that's what they look like. I've been able to find some original dealer brochures on Ebay and swapmeets, to show me how they're supposed to look all nice and shiny.
Lord knows they're not much to luck at right now. They're complete for the most part, but they're all rusty and need complete resto's. Right now they're in storage. I'm just collecting parts for them all right now, until I can build me a shop to start the resto's. Sprint specific items like emblems, and such are quite difficult to find, because so few were made, so I'm constantly on the lookout for the real hard to find stuff. SC |

If you want to see some Sprints, go to Dan Carr's GMC Sprint Reference page at
http://chevelles.com/sprint/index.html He's been a tremendous help to me in verifying the Sprints I have, and is well known in Chevelle circles as "the" Sprint guru. That's his mint '71 SP 454 on the page. 1 of 25 built; definitly the best in the world. It is truly awesome. SC |
