Backspace to tuck
I plan to bag my 80 c10 very soon and would like to order new wheels. What is the smallest BS on the rear and I go and still tuck with no issues? I would like the deepest lip without narrowing the rear end. I'm thinking 20x10 with 4.5 BS running 295/40r20. If anyone has any pics and/or confirmed specs if appreciate it. I'm already running 20x10 with 5.5 BS and same tire size.

Re: Backspace to tuck
A 4.5" bs with a 295 will be very very close. I'm running a 20x10 with a 5-3/4" bs with a 1-1/4" spacer (same wheel placement as 4.5" bs) and I have 3/8" clearance on a 275/40 tire. My truck is bagged with stock inners and stock bed floor. I think a 4-3/4" bs would be perfect if that's an option.

Re: Backspace to tuck
It's a custom built wheel so it is an option. Tell me about your bag setup.

Re: Backspace to tuck
The front is just standard bag brackets, 2600 bags, and 2-1/2 drop spindles. The rear is welded axle bag brackets with shock mounts (similar to thorbros rear brackets), upper cross member with bag & shock mounts, 2 leaf pack, 2" hanger & 2" shackle, 2600 bags. Twin Viair 3800 compressors, 5 gallon tank, and manual paddle valves.

Re: Backspace to tuck
4.5 bs will be real close. I ran 15x10 prostars with a 4.5bs and 325/60/15 drag radials. I had to cut the inner fenders out on the bedsides. Cut relief cuts in the factory wheel well lol and using a dolly and hammer rolled the fenders
