Re: WTB. Ac heater flapper box

I think I have one. Does it have the heater core in it or the plastic one? I'll have to find them tomorrow

Re: WTB. Ac heater flapper box

I have a new one for $95 + $15 S/H.
Be careful of problems on used ones: The case warps if they get too hot and the shaft to the flapper door breaks loose, under the rubber, where you can't see it. Hold the door and try to move the shaft. It should be "tight" and not moving.

Re: WTB. Ac heater flapper box

If you flapper is just busted loose you can fix it for less than a dollar. Better than new.

Re: WTB. Ac heater flapper box

here are some more pics. there are two chips, one on the oval tube and one where one of the 's' duct screws goes. rubber is good and shaft is not loose.

let me know if this works for you. thanks.
