Front disks interchange with what?
I posted this in another thread but thought it would get more attention in its own thread...
I know there is an interchange here that works for converting the front disks to modular setup... Im using the CPP updated spindles that use the disks from a 71 and still allowed me to use the 67 linkage parts... I have Wilwood disks on back and love them... but they only carry a Big brake kit for the front... I dont want a Big brake kit. But I do want their factory replacement 4 piston calipers (to match the rear)... But I also want the disks and hubs to be modular (like their big brake kit but only factory size) and still work on the spindles as far as caliper mounting goes... this way I can find a disk that matches the drilled and slotted rotors on the back... Is there a Cadillac, or Impala or something I can interchange parts to get what Im looking for?

Re: Front disks interchange with what?
I would think with some mods the big Impala SS spindles and brake parts would work. They have the same bolt pattern as the trucks. If I'm reading your post right you upgraded the front's to the modular spindles from CPP right.... if that is the case then the caliper you want should bolt up to it.

Re: Front disks interchange with what?
I would think since the Impala stuff is a upgraded rotor and such that it would but in all honesty I can't say since I've never tried it. When I say upgraded I mean it's newer than your factory truck stuff. The bearings would have to be checked.

Re: Front disks interchange with what?
Are you saying that by being upgraded that the hub and rotor are separate?
