Pics of your B&M floor shift custom consoles
Hey all, I got a light truck megashifter and I don't like the plastic thing that comes with it. Would like a couple cup holders if possible.
Please tell the materials you used as well, thanks guys |

Re: Pics of your B&M floor shift custom consoles
Mine is cut out of 3/8 plywood with 2x2 supports between. Covered with vinyl and used some dense foam to form shapes under it like the circles around the cup holders. Weld wood contact cement to glue it on. Leave a ridge on the side and build the top panel to fitdown in it. Don't get in a hurry, it's pretty tedious work. Vidmans is awesome. Mine turned out great for my first and I plan to make changes.

Very nice guy's. I took my B&W shifter out and installed a S-10 shifter. Neither of mine are any where this nice.
The red toggle switch is for the AC compressor.

Re: Pics of your B&M floor shift custom consoles
That's what I plan on doing. The fiance says if I get rid of the bench seat I'm in big trouble lol I got the light truck megashifter and the plastic consol that came with it is too long. Even butted up against the bench the front is up where the floor starts to hump up.

Re: Pics of your B&M floor shift custom consoles
I don't think you could get cup holders in with the bench unless you made it go over the seat and removable when you needed the full seat. That could be done. The one I built is only 9" or so wide to give me leg room when I am driving. I did not want it up against my leg the whole time.
