You'd be mistaken to believe you can't remove light scuffs from chrome. I thought I may need to use finest steel wool, and even then wasn't sure it would come out. All it took was a terry cloth and 3M product. The image of the results was not taken @ same time or light as the former, and didn't come out like I'd hope (sorry). Unfortunately it's packed it way...but the chrome is mint.

Yep.........Didn't require much effort at all. Scuffs gone. I'm sold on 3M products. Tested it on an original 400 emblem, which hasn't been cleaned or seen water in decades. Looks like it just came out of a box.
