Roll Cage Pics?

If you got a cage in your truck post it up! Looking how others have installed theirs.

Re: Roll Cage Pics?

The SCCA's rulebook, the "General Competition Rules" has an extensive explanation of proper roll cage construction. Too lengthy to cut & paste here, but any amateur racer is probably a member of the SCCA and has a few GCRs laying around, as new ones are issued every year.

Lots to know. Just bending some tubing and welding it in will not pass a tech inspection.

I'm with you on all that. Ive built multiple SCCA and NHRA spec cages. I'm more interested in how people fit them into the cab. I have never caged a truck. Im planning my next build right now and just looking for visuals. Im going to do a longbed c10 for Land Speed Racing. With C10 frames being so narrow it makes the cages a bit more complicated to get the correct tie-in. The truck will still be street legal so I want to make it as functional as possible but safety will be paramount.

You, sir, are far more qualified than I! Time for me to shut up!
