The SCCA's rulebook, the "General Competition Rules" has an extensive explanation of proper roll cage construction. Too lengthy to cut & paste here, but any amateur racer is probably a member of the SCCA and has a few GCRs laying around, as new ones are issued every year.
Lots to know. Just bending some tubing and welding it in will not pass a tech inspection. |
