12 bolt rebuild price your area?

Hey guys I'm just curious to see what others paid to have there 12 bolt rebuilt. I'm in socal and wanting to get a full rebuild. I'm wanting to get rust removed and repainted, new seals, bearings, 3.73 gears, posi, and need trailing arms removed and relocated and last I want changed to 5 lug. I was quoted around 1900 but had no clue if that was a fair price or not. If any of ypu sre in Orange County Ca or near and know of a place that does good work and fair with pricing I'd appreciate it.
