72 SWB dually
Hello everyone i have spent the better part of this morning looking on line and i can not find any numbers for 1 ton short bed dually trucks that chev made in 1972. The guy im buying the truck from says its a factory short bed dually and the fram wasnt cut and i cant see where the fram would have been cut either. So i just wanted to ask you all if Chev made any c30 dually short beds?
Thanks and happy Saturday |

Re: 72 SWB dually
I don't believe they ever made any short beds that were not 1/2 tons which would rule out a short dually that was factory I'm pretty sure.

There were 133" wheelbase cab & chassis dually trucks & 157" wheelbase cab & chassis dually trucks. The 133" wheelbase trucks are sometimes referred to as short wheelbase duallys. There were no "short bed" dually trucks built in the sense that we use the term..... LockDoc

Re: 72 SWB dually
Its a double post.
It was a 133" chassis cab. Here is the first that has the replies and pictures, http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=700699
