Im in the process right now on my '70. Im using '71-'72 spindles and 71-72 upper and lower ball joints along w/ outer tie rod ends, brake lines and master cyl/ booster. Been working on it for weeks gathering and changing parts, just hope it all works when finished....I think the 67's are the same, someone else my want to chime in, good luck.
Also you want to use the same stuff..1/2 ton to 1/2 ton. 3/4 to 3/4.

To bad you aren't closer to Kansas. I'd make you a deal on a complete 5 lug front cross member with discs, spindles, a-arms, springs, calipers and proportioning valve. Won't fit my 6 lug 4x4, bought the truck for some other parts and am slowing piecing it down. Shipping would be a bit much I'm sure. Can you say "road trip"

right now I am in the process of puting my 67 on a 71 frame, something easier to do is find a 71-72 frame/truck and take the cross member and rear axle from in and put under yours, good luck.

My 69
Had a narrower rear end so I am in the process of making a spacer plate to make up the difference.I t came out around 3/4" shorter on each side of my 69 housing. And yes it was a stock rear end and yes my 72 axles were longer so it was not a direct swap for me like I was told by some . C-YA

Crazy Longhorn, thanks for the tips....I can deal with grinding the steering stops but hopefully I wont need to deal with the center link.
