Someone here should jump all over that! Wish I was closer, I would definitely pull the trigger at that price!

The ad is gone, I wonder what it sold for and if a board member bought it.

It was advertised at 1,250 OBO, the Dana 60 front was worth that alone! Always wondered what happened to it when it left here.

I wish I was closer too but i pulled the trigger anyway!

Its heading to Georgia gentlemen. Im curious to see what shape it is in now. I sure picked an interesting one to come out of 67-72 retirement.

Any history or info "Blazerman" would be great.

Congrats! I can't wait to see what it looks like now. Regardless, no way you can go wrong at that price.

Re: 72 ext cab on CL. Not mine

I always think its weird that someone spends pretty decent money on a nice ride and then they let it deteriorate.

I hope you bring it back to its former glory

I get the impression it was stripped of running gear and wheels when sold. Im sure Blazerman can clue us in.

I sold the body and frame only, I kept all suspension, motor and trans. New owner was suppose to come up with all his own replacements, after a year if holding the truck he couldn't come up with axles or springs so I found those here for him. He showed up on a Saturday night about 9 pm and we had the truck rolling again and on his trailer by about 2am. That was the last I saw of it till now.
The bodywork was holding up good on the old truck, only thing I would have done if I would have kept it was redo the frame from the crossmember section they spliced in.

That thing was by far the best riding and handling truck I've ever owned! Felt more like my Freightliner than it did an old truck!

What are the axles that were put in it and were they any good?

The front is a Dana 60, it will need to be gone thru. The rear is a cab & chassis 14 bolt, it needs to be replaced with a single wheel 14 bolt or HO52.
