Working on an engine driven York compressor right now, and front crossmember drop. I have a Flex-A-Lite Mojave heater on the way since I had to take out the blower motor housing......all body panels are getting ordered this winter, and body work scheduled for spring.

nice. i think it looks kinda cool with the body kinda beat up and rusted and it layed out. i'd drive it like it is and no one would ever expect it when you layed it on the ground

Cool! That will look sweet once the body and paint are completed. What do you have planned for the exterior? I sure hope it's not a DD w/ that 2-link though.

Those be the rims!! Here's the skinny on that.......LOL

The lady I bought them from sells all sorts of rims. I saw the rims for sale, and went to the local shop that my work does ALOT of business with, and asked how much he could get those AR's for. He said "those arent AR's" so I asked here if they were, and she got mad, and said that they were AR's and Unreleased. When they came, they were all boxed and packaged with American Racing stickers, and wrap. If they arent, I dont really care, the only reason I got them is cause IVE never seen em before.

And baggedc10, what's DD? LOL.....I dunno?

The reason she told you they weren't American's is they sorta weren't. I almost bought a set of those in 22's about 4 months ago for my wifes 03 Denali XL. I don't know the whole story, but for some reason American had made a boat load of that same wheel in 20" and 22" but it was being marketed under another name. I can't remember the name right now, but I will get it later.

I guess something happened, and the deal went sour. American started dumping them on their dealers at a really big discount. My local dealer bought 200 of them in 20" because they sell to car dealerships a lot.

Regardless, it is a good looking wheel. My wife decided she would rather keep her current wheels, so I never bought them....

Oh, It has C motto on the center cap. The C kinda surounds the motto part. Anywho...like you said, they look great. Thats why I got them, that and I've never seen another set on anything. I almost got 22's, but new tires are about 2x what they are for 20's, so..........

and it is a DD. Im already defending my ars off on another site, WITH the manufacturers, that this 2 link does not have side to side movement without a panhard bar, and yes, the pinion angle does change sorta dramaticaly, BUT.....I cant drive it low enough or high enough to get it to a TOO dramatic posistion.
