Lowering 87 truck 3-4" in the rear, can I use stock shocks?

I am about to drop my truck with shackles and hangers in the rear. I just purchased new bilstein shocks for all for corners. Will I be ok to run the bilsteins in the rear with that drop? Using spindles up front so they should be fine.
