Rear air ride notch

Hey Im working on bagging the rear of my 1969 C10 lwb and was wondering if anyone has used this bridge before? http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/2202781...&ul_noapp=true

I really want to lay frame or get as close as I can but dont know whether to do a regular c notch or a step notch. Any input would be great

I installed one like that on an S-10 chassis I put under a 41 Coupe years ago. Pretty straight forward install, other than zero directions.
