trailblazer exhaust manifolds

i found a 5.3 trailblazer in a junk yard today will these manifolds work in my 72 5.3 swap? or are the ss manifold different?

Yes grap them i had to use the trailblazer ss manifolds as they where only thing to clear on my 71

same manifolds... you can buy new at dealer for around $70ea.

I wouldn't pay more than $100 for a used pair unless there was something about them that made them different like barely used or ceramic coated. I paid $80 including shipping for the set I got. The link above I posted before to GM parts direct lists them at around $55 each. After shipping you should be at or below $150 for a new set.

That's not uncommon. GMPD works off volume, so they sell at prices closer to cost where the stealership is trying to make a large profit from your business. You can try asking the stealership to price match. I've done that before on other vehicles. Depends on the management and they may not come all the way to the price of GMPD, but it may be close enough that you don't care.

watch ebay......I bought a set of 2010 Camaro manifolds that were as-new take offs.....never used........ for $100....

Is that with the heat shields too? I have a set I don't need that I got from the junkyard but it doesn't sound like they are worth much. Lol.
