Axle swap requirements

I'm looking at swapping the 14FF under my C20 for a different one with the gearing/locker I want, including leafs. I want to soften the ride up while I'm at it, so I pulled a couple springs from the "new" leafs. Looking at it, I'm not sure any of it has ever been out.

What I currently have:

Axle
leafs with fresh bushings
swaybar
studs
diff oil/gasket
air compressor/tools

What I know I need:
leaf/shackle bolts
shackles
U bolts
Disc kit
shocks (Bilsten 4600s)
brake fluid
sandblaster/sand
paint

I'm looking for suggestions/info on the parts I need: the leaf pivot bolts, the shackles and bolts, the U bolts, and the disc kit. I'm not planning on an ebrake kit. Or, if I'm missing anything, I'd like to know that... I'm planning on getting the axle cleaned/painted/fresh oil/discs one weekend and then getting it under the truck another weekend so I'd rather not have to go grab parts.

Thanks for any advise.
