1972 dark green interior, panel paint

I just opened up the bag with my new plastic door panels. They are the dark green ones in a 72 Cheyenne. I've had them for a while, so returning isn't an option, but several spots have the green paint missing/flaking (I think the plastic bag or tape reacted with them, they seem like good quality).

I would like to buy some interior paint/dye to make these right. The trouble is finding the right color. I've found two options. One is called simply "dark green" and the other is "dark metallic green". They are close, but different, and either could be correct based on the swatches on my computer screen. Both are labeled as being used by GM during this year. At about $20 per can I'd prefer not to experiment. Anyone have any idea?

Where did you get the replcement door panels? Does someone other than LMC sell them? Cheyennes had Olive vinyl. The dark green was a base truck color. If the color is correct, take one to an auto body/paint supply house and they can scan it for a perfect mix.

Not sure where the came from. They came with the truck when I bought it. Are originals from 72 not hard plastic? These are. The two rattle cans I found are for GM interiors, so I'd prefer to use one of them. Having paint mixed seems like a lot for a few specs, plus I have no way to spray it.

Another question, do repop plastic panels accept wood grain trim? It seems like most of the wood grain door panels I see state they do not fit repops. What's the deal there? Many will want the wood.
