Help. Disk brake conversion bleeding problem.

Hi guys i just installed a front end rebuild kit and disk brake conversion from cpp. I used a booster mc and pv kit from a seller on ebay. I have it all installed and i bench bled the master cylinder on the truck with the supplied plugs. I went until i had very little pedal movement and no air. I then hooked up the lines quick and tried bleeding. I cannot get any fluid to the lines even with my hand pump kit. I tried bleeding the rears and got plenty of fluid. My problem is it sucked the fluid from the front resevoir to the rear and overflowed it. So the transferring problem and nothing to either front line is my questions. When i installed the booster i adjusted the linkage to fit the pedal exactly the same. Does this sound like i need to adjust that differently or do i have a faulty part/ incorrectly going about things. Any input appreciated. I have never had this many problems with brakes. Its driving me crazy.

Try bench bleeding the prop valve if you have one

No expert on brakes, but the slider valve that's in the middle of the prop valve can be forced to one end, locking out one circuit, making it impossible to bleed. Does it sound like that?

There's a way to remove the brake light sender and hold it in place while you bleed, or something to that effect, if it happens to you. Search the forums or others may be by soon with more info if you think that might be the case...

Not totally sure on how the proportioning valve works but i let some air out of the fitting on the very front and gave the brake pedal a good hard stomp. Went to bleeding again and it bled perfect and brakes work good.

I found that the plastic fittings in the bleeder kits don't seal,allowing air to come in.Useing a rubber shop gloved hand,plug the master cylinder out put & work the pushrod to bench bleed.Works every time.
