Ground questions

I had pulled all of the wiring off the truck to paint the frame, and cab. After I got the cab back on the frame, and the engine and tranny back in, I hooked the engine wiring back up, and put the guage cluster back in. I have the main ground from the battery going to the alternator bracket, and to the frame, and from that spot on the frame, to the front of the engine. Then a ground from the rear of the engine, to a ground lug on the cab. The only ground I could find in the cab was a small one from the fuse box to the emergency brake bracket. The guage cluster acts like it has no ground. Am I missing some main ground for the inside of the cab?

Re: Ground questions

If i remember correctly, there needs to be a ground going from the metal dash frame to the emergency brake bracket.

Re: Ground questions

Does anyone know if all of the grounds for the lights help ground the guage cluster? My front and rear harness are not hooked up to anything yet.
