Horn circuit ?
Horn doesn't work... If I apply a ground @ the horn relay, the horn works. If I apply a ground to the column wiring harness plug, I get nothing. If I apply a ground to the pin at the horn button contact, I get nothing... Can someone point me in the next direction?

I am having the exact same issue with a 1965 Chevy C10. I tested the horn and it worked, I also replaced the horn button retainer kit. I am starting to think there are other pieces missing inside the steering column. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You should have continuity on the wire from the horn relay to the pin in the column.
disconnect the column plug and check the crimp on the wire from the horn relay to the column plug. You may have a break in the wire from the horn relay to the column plug if the crimp is good. If either of these conditions exist then grounding the horn button won't blow the horn.
