Blazer removable top

Going to look at a removable top off a 72 blazer -

1. what damages should I look for?

2. I have a 70 blazer should work right?

3. Seller wants $800 for the piece - seem fair?

If it's double wall look for the threaded inserts being loose inside the top. The hatches crack around the hinges. It's worth what someone will pay. I just cut up a nice one incouldn give away.

ive had 2 double walls since ive owned my 72. both had cracks around the hinges and one bowed a little bit. when buying a top you are really paying for the hatch so make sure its purty and functional.
