Ring gear for a TH350

I want to change from the 3 speed standard to a T350 automatic, on my 230 6cyl. Any idea what ring gear I can use, or will any ring gear work...

do you mean the flexplate/flywheel?

if so, and you have a manual now, you will have to ditch the flywheel and get a flex plate, either balanced or not balanced, depending on what you motor is
