19.5 Accuride wheels and adapters on a static drop dually

I am looking for information if these will work as far as fitment on my static dropped single cab dually. My current tire size are the factory 215/75r/16 which is almost 29 inches tall, looking to run a little shorter tire if possible. Here's a few pics of what I'm working on.

Well it seem a lot of guys use Tennessee Wheel and Tire for their semi wheels and adapters.

http://www.southwestwheel.com/

These guys do quite a bit of the conversions you're talking about. I actually did an internship with them back in college. They have some pretty knowledgeable guys there.

I don't have much to add other than; I had a friend running the 22.5 semi wheels, but previously he had run the 19.5's, on pretty much the same truck you have there (just an ext). Looked REALLY good.

I am hoping to find the info I need, I am not really looking to widen the rear fenders to run this type of wheel set up. They do make a big difference appearance wise.
