68 tune up

Im tuning up my 68. 307 in it. Looking to put a
new starter on it.
New carb.
New distributor.
Plugs and wires.
New fuel pump.
Alternator.
New belts.
Thermometer.
Battery.
Might go ahead and redue the hoses and radiator.

Its a ac truck. 3 speed on the column.
Will be a 327/350 with a muncie down the road.
Been to autozone but they havent been much help.
Needs some advice and suggestions from you guys.

thats quite a tune up! I'd get a servic manual.

Yes it is. Unfortunantely theres not help much with summit and autozone.

very little on the shelf for these old trucks. The auto parts store in my town has been around one owner or another since about 1929. Its a NAPA store. They are pretty good but most stuff must be ordered and takes 2-3 days to arrive.
