Plastic stake hole covers for my 72 pickup

Does anyone know where I can get plastic stake pocket hole covers for my 1972 short bed fleet side pickup.I found an old thread that led me to stainless metal caps but I'd prefer plastic. I've searched the Internet without success.I want to add a tonneau cover but the only covers that actually cover the holes are fiberglass and pricey so I'd like to cap the exposed holes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I used Trans Dapt 8795 for 88-98(99) GM trucks. I grinded a little bit of the tabs off to make them work, especially around the corners of the tabs.

I believe Extang makes several tonneau covers that cover the holes if that's the way you really want to go.

Correct that... they make 2 soft covers that look like they do.

I have some that I picked up at a Truck Supply store years ago. If I can find them tomorrow I'll get you the name of the company they're black plastic and paintable.
