Leroy, It is the last crossmember on the frame. The one directly behind the leaf spring hanger on the shortbed.

I've got a 69 shorty 4x4 and I'll compare it to the one on the 3/4 ton frame and see if they're the same

LeRoy,
I have a K20 Cheyenne Super that needs that back cross member as well. If it wont fit on the 1/2 ton previously posted above. I'll take it. I'll even drive up there and get it.
Mine is bent as well. It was that way when I bought the truck.
Some folks really bet the H&!! out of these rigs. LOL!
Thanks!

Actually. I already measured against my 1/2 ton. The 1/2 ton is about 1/4 inch shorter if I measured correctly. The 3/4 ton has a taller frame I belive.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Also looking for some factory 8 lug steel wheels if you have any LeRoy.

Darren

LeRoy,
I need the cross member that goes between the front spring hangers on the rear axle. If yours frame is a 69-72 4x4 and the cross member is in good shape we should talk.

Okay guys. Did some measuring and mine won't work for either of you. I do know that 72BOB is cutting up a 68 4x4 1/2 ton and his should work for you. Nice guy except that he's a closet Ford fan. Imdarren: I don't have any of those wheels anymore but will keep an eye out. I did find a truck in Marysville that had them but didn't ask if it was for sale. He had a few other wrecks he was trying to sell and was asking way too much so I didn't bother.
