Rallye Wheel Center caps.......Need Help

I have a set of 6 bolt rallye wheels, and I need some help identifying where these center caps came from.

-The center cap "Top" does not have a cut line or separation joint

-The overall appearance is the same as any other "4x4" cap

-They don't look like they have been modified in any way

Problem is I have not been able to find any reference to this style of center cap anywhere. I currently have them on a 1965 carryall, but this truck is a Johnny Cash song so I cant rely that they came with this truck.

I was wondering if any of you out there may have seen these before and what did they come on?

Thanx in advance.
