1976 vent window rivots

Anyone know when I can get new rivots. I want to replace my seals and rivot them back in.

Look at your windows. I drilled mine out in the channel. Not the pivot point. Simply used steel rivets when I installed them

By steel, do I mean pop rivets?

Re: 1976 vent window rivots

To change your seals properly you will want to remove the pivoting glass frame from the vent assembly. You can use pop rivets for the division post seal, but the outer pivot is a stepped rivet that would require a mushrooming tool. There are rivet kits available thru several suppliers that have the seals and new glass.
