Help needed in compatability

My 71 C25 is drum all around. I found this deal and need to know if it will bolt up. Can anyone confirm?

For sale is a corporate 14 bolt it has 4.10 factory gears in it. The axle has the ballistic fab disc brake conversion brackets already installed. It all came out of a 1978 1 ton chassis.

I have an 8 lug 3/4 ton, so will it work? It has a disc front end.

Re: Help needed in compatability

Your info is confusing .Are you asking if just the rear axle will work? Is your truck leaf spring or coil? If its coil no unless you can custom weld and fabricate the mounts, not a bolt in. If its leaf you need to measure the springs center to center. If your truck is a 71 C20 it will most likely measure 42'' I think. A 78 1 ton is most likely 40 if its a cab and chassis not sure about a pickup. Is the 1 ton single or dual wheel? I believe the axle is longer on a 78 single tire wheel to wheel. if the spring perches measure different ,again cut and weld to fit. More info is needed
