back to my roots. vanning!
well it seems like a hundred years ago. but actually only 45 years ago I started driving! legally! ..... well,my first 6 vehicles were all vans. even spent many years in a van club in phx,az. vanning has always been in my blood. I kept my last van a 83 chevy short wheel base,no window for 29 years now. and bought a 72 ford shorty recently. I have decided to get back into vanning so I dusted of my 83, pulled the weak 305 out, and installing a 350 crate engine. the 72 econoline has all orig paint and drive train. 302/3sp. well heres pics of ford, chevy fo follow soon..
thx for reading! peace!

Re: back to my roots. vanning!
google "detroit vintage wheels". The owner (only employee) Scott Benedict is really in to old vans. He's also the only guy in the world machining/refinishing those old wheels to make them look better than when they were new.

I love those 70-80's short vans. They have the "look".
