'73 K5 rear upper shock mount bolt replacement

Seems that the last person to do the shocks on my new ride cross threaded the outer nut on the upper rear shock mounting bolt. Can't seem to find that part anywhere but I dunno if I'm just looking for the wrong thing... any ideas other than a junkyard? It's stripped so bad that a chaser thread or re tapping it won't cut it.

I dunno. I don't see it at rock auto or LMC. Might look in the classified section at trucks being parted out, it should be the same for 1/2 ton trucks and burbs. That or junkyards.
