Help with brake line sizes for 68 k2500 dana 60 swap

hey guys,
I swapped out my front dana 44 for a 60, and got new soft hoses to go from caliper to frame. The threads dont match up to the hard lines. I thought the hard lines were 3/16 but i guess not. Has anyone run into this? what size are those hardlines? Or are the banjo bolt at the juntion block and passenger line nut 3/16 with different threads? whats my best course of action? thanks in advance for any info!
Mike

I know that the banjo bolt went from standard to metric in the early 80's (maybe?). Wouldn't be surprised if the other end changed as well.

That makes sense, because im pretty sure the line is 3/16 and the bolts are almost the same size. I wonder if i can get a t block that comes in standard takes a metric 10mm banjo and comes out metric and get a metric line to run to the passenger side.

yes they do. and are about 4 bucks. I ran into the same problem putting a 71 12 bolt rear under a 65 lemans. A good parts guy will sort you out in a minute.

Oh, your taking about the front axle...I was talking about the rear axle.

Have you tried inline tube or classic tube.
