Coolant idiot light setting

Anyone know at what coolant temp the idiot light should turn on? C10 with a 327 engine.

"Too Late" usually. Varies by year and engine but normally around 250F I think. They're often marked if you can pop it out.

Yeah that might be a bit too late. The one I have says 200 which seems a bit low. I have gauges but thought I'd add idiot lights, just for backup.
