Converting to 134a

I am planning on converting the A/C that I have added to my '72 truck from R-12 to R-134a and was wanting to know what all I have to change, add, or modify to achieve this? (part #s and suppliers would be helpful). I plan on reusing the original POA and just adjusting it, having new hoses made, Installing a new/later model A/C pump, and having the remainder of my system flushed and cleaned.
Any comments, suggestions, or information would help
Thanks
