Yes. That's the beauty of hubcaps. You can run rallye wheels with centers and rings, pull them off and pop wheel covers on. Or, you can run steelies and go back and forth between wheel covers and hubcaps, and change hubcaps to suit your mood. Chevy guys are lucky to have a whole slew of car caps to use. Just while it's sits in progress, I have a set of '54 car caps I had laying around popped on my '67 just for kicks. My very first '72 I bought in '73 I put 8" & 10" steelies on with '55 Chevy hubcaps.

It's going to be a GMC and I have 8" steelies on ice for it. I have a sets of '67. '68, and 69-72 caps for it, as well as mid '60s-early '70s Pontiac and a set of the same in Buick hubcaps for it. The truck is an old school hot rod truck vibe and the old school guys played with hubcap swapping since way back before custom wheels. The Buick caps just have the three shield logo and no mention of Buick.

My '95 Suburban has Ford 7" Accurides with 76-91 Chevy hubcaps on it and my trailer has matching 1/2t caps

Hey Zepp, you're too hip!

I've never lost a hubcap, but I've tossed rusty Cragars, crusty alloys, cracked mags, and lost plenty of center caps . Hubcaps don't fall off. Some wheel covers can. Most hubcaps get bent from people who don't know how to pry them off right because they hold so well.

Sandblasted and primed 49-52 Ford steelies for my trailer last month. Ready to roll for many years to come and I can change the look to suit my mood
