WTB 69-72 Factory Steering Wheel

I want to go back to a factory wheel - will be dying it to match my sandalwood column so any color is ok. Will consider nice ones or ones that need some repair, so long as they aren't too wasted.

Post 'em if ya got 'em.

I've got one for sale here.

Make me an offer if you're interested.

Re: WTB 69-72 Factory Steering Wheel

402Bowtie, the wheel #1 in your thread is the one I assume is still available. The center where it meets the column looks pretty munched up - I see on the far side of the picture where it looks like the wheel was pried off a column or something and it's pretty far out of round. Is that a correct interpretation of the picture?

I'm willing to fix cracks and shine up a scratched wheel but that looks like something that "won't buff out".

Re: WTB 69-72 Factory Steering Wheel

I have one that has one small crack that could easily be fixed but the only issue with it is that it had a wheel wrap on it for a long time and the string that held the wrap on left a little bit of an imprint on the wheel. I am also picking up a floor shift tilt later this week that has a decent wheel on it that I will be selling to. I can pm you when I put them up for sale if interested

Blue/72 yes please let me know when you have the wheel(s) for sale. If you could post pics on this thread that would be great.

Re: WTB 69-72 Factory Steering Wheel

Here is the one I have right now that had the wrap on it. Comes with choice of 3 horn buttons, 2 black GMC or one saddle Chevy. Comes with all the horn pieces including horn button gasket (haven't seen that one before) and all the hardware. Id like to get $165 plus ship but I'm negotiable

Yes, you are correct on everything above. Hoping someone would want it for the grain it has. I am open to offers but understand if you decide otherwise.
