While this one has the plastic cage and the 60's had a wire cage, it still has all the rest of the original components. Same part number through all the years. Not mine,
I spoke to the daughter of the original owner of Baader Brown years ago. These were popular with school buses.
Had one on the dash of a 64 GMC 960. It helps to defrost the windshield in the winter and cools you in the summer.

It's kinda hard to believe that it's fan cage is made of plastic. The picture in the accessory page looks like it's metal.

These are still in many of the school buses up here (I'm a teacher, and am on buses for trips now and then).
