Props to Summit Racing
I just want to give some props to Summit Racing on how well their web site is built and how easy it is to drill down for specific parts.
A couple examples. I was looking for some brake fittings. If you go to their search you can type in "Brake Fitting". Then, on the left they will have a bunch of drill downs. I was then able to select the whether is was straight or angled, the size and thread pitch on side 1, then side 2, male or female, to come up with what I needed. I used this another time trying to find a radiator that would fit my project by searching for radiators within a dimension range, outlet location, with an automatic transmission cooler. No other parts supplier web site I have been to has this level of functionality, really cool. |

Re: Props to Summit Racing
They have one of the best websites for finding what you want, and they have great prices and customer service too.

Re: Props to Summit Racing
Not only is their website very easy to find the right parts, but their technical staff is well above the vast majority of parts suppliers. I've even had a follow up call from them on a troublesome part purchase. GREAT COMPANY!!!

Re: Props to Summit Racing
I live in Oregon and when I order from them, most times I get the parts the next day from their Reno store. Can't beat their service and shipping times.

Re: Props to Summit Racing
I'm in On. Canada and order from Summit quite often, even with the exchange rate as crappy as it is, it is usually cheaper to order from Summit than my local auto parts on big ticket items and I'll have it in 4 days or less...example, just bought a Eaton posi for ol' blue, placed the order sunday night and it was sitting here today... don't know how they do it! There's nothing that they don't have, and if they don't, they will get it..
