C30 Dually Front Rotors

Does anyone know a place that carriers front dually rotors for a 71 C30? Or will one from a 73 -91 work?

Re: C30 Dually Front Rotors

Haven't found any aftermarket ones. Gave up and swapped to newer 73-87 ones. Easy swap. On your 71-72 t c30 you can swap out the spindle direct bolt on. Same ball joints, same tie rod ends. Bolts right on the use the newer rotors and calipers and the flexible brake lines.i re routed my brake lines like this .

I changed mine over as well. The 'newer' rotors are thicker at 1.5'' instead of 1.25

The newer setup uses the JB 8 style caliper. The newer rotor won't work with the current setup.

Did you have any trouble with the calipers rattling at all?

Re: C30 Dually Front Rotors

Not at all. I swapped everything from spindle out, went with new rotors and calipers. Had a custom brake lines made also. I did this in my 69, so I was also converting from drum
