Disconnecting a harness

How the hell do you take these plugs off the injectors??????. Im trying to diconnect the harness so i can send it in for moddification
I got the grey cover off. Now what?

I found a good video on you tube They come off easy once you get the trick. I had the same problem

After removing the retainer grey clip, To prevent damage to the locking tab loop, push the connector toward the intake, squeeze the tab on the side of the connector and simply pull the connector off the injector. Nuff said.
