S-10 Pickup/Blazer brake booster

Hey all,
I read up on how many different models of boosters will fit Captain Fab's brake booster bracket. My question, have any of you used the brake booster and master cylinder setup on your ride? Booster sizes look to be very similar in size to full size pickups and Blazers.

Within the S10 pickups and Blazer models there are different diameters as well as single diaphram and dual diaphram boosters.

That might be. I was just curious if anyone had used an S-10 style setup on their ride. I got flamed once on another forum for using a 1/2 ton disc brake setup on my old 1950 Ford F-3, which is basically a heavy duty 3/4 ton truck. However I replaced all the old braking system with bigger brakes and power brake booster.

Re: S-10 Pickup/Blazer brake booster

I had the S-10 Blazer setup in my 62 it worked ok seemed to have plenty of stopping power but the previous owner drilled holes in the firewall to mount it. it was set up disc/drum and I still had drum/drum so the brakes were pretty touchy the master went out on it before I changed over to front disc brakes now I am running a different setup good to see another 62 in the Denver area
