If you could post a picture of the issue you're having might help us see what's going on there. I had to trim a little of the lower control arm in order to clear my wheels, make sure your ball joints are fully seated in the control arm, there shouldn't be any rubbing because of the ball joints, I'm betting its the control arm hitting.
Have a good one!

Re: What drop spindles to use when running 15 in truck rallies?

All drop spindles should work with truck rally wheels.
I have had to grind on the casting of some new tie rod ends.
The were excessively big compared to oem tie rods.
Nothing a flap wheel on a grinder can't fix,...

The casting is what I'm having trouble with.. The wheels won't even budge it in such a bind.. I though I may grind the casting but didn't know if it would effect the strength .

Same here, but I have ECE 2.5" drop spindles, if I had used the 2" I wouldn't have had any issues. I never had to trim the tie rod ends though.

Yeah, If someone managed to mount the tie rods upside down (which I doubt you could) that might make it ride close to the rim, I'd be willing to bet it's the wrong spindles myself.

There is no way to mount the stock tie rods upside down due to the taper in the spindle arm.
